Americans outside of Arizona will be changing their clocks Sunday as Daylight Savings Time ends. Time will fall back 60 minutes at 2 a.m. in most of the United States.
The change is not observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Guam.
