Manila, Philippines - The Department of Justice (DOJ) headed by Secretary Leila De Lima ordered the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to immediately notify the Interpol and place her on the "red notice list" to restrict her movement abroad and to eventually bring Ramona back to the country.
However, the secretary also said that she still need to double check with the Interpol as there are no warrants issued vs Ramona.
