Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her entourage including her husband was barred by Immigration officials at NAIA from leaving the country.
Her camp is planning to file charges of contempt against those who prevented them from leaving the country. They were scheduled to take the Dragon Air flight bound for Hong Kong.
